Frequently Asked Questions...

1. How much do your cakes cost?

As our cakes are bespoke it's difficult to give a price, but as a guide:

1 tier celebration cakes start from £45 2 tier celebration cakes start from £90 3 tier cakes start from £150

Wedding cakes start from £150.

Cake pops start from £2.50 (minimum order of 20)

Biscuits start from £2.50 (minimum order of 10)

2. How can I place my order?

There is an online shop for postable orders, cakes can be ordered over the phone but I recommend a consultation which can take place here at Bella's Cake Pantry, particularly for wedding cakes!

£100.00 booking fee must be paid in advance when ordering this will reserve your place in the diary. Then the outstanding bill must be paid six weeks before the delivery date.

3. Do you deliver?

You are very welcome to pick your cake up from Bella's Cake Pantry or we can deliver. There is a £10.00 delivery charge for the merseyside area, and anything outside that will be charged depending on distance.

4. What products do you offer?

Wedding cakes, Sweet Tables- consisting of a variety of cakes and confectionery for your taste, these can look really lovely and can add something great to your party.

Cupcakes, giant cupcakes, mini cakes, mini wedding cakes, cake pops, biscuits, edible wedding favours and place settings and any kind of celebration cake.

There is also an online shop for other items.

5. How can I pay?

Cash or straight into the Bank. Cheques are acceptable but must clear before the order is despatched or the diary place is confirmed.

6. How much notice do you need for orders?

We will try to accommodate anyone who wants to make an order as long as the diary isn't full. Any orders made within six weeks of the delivery will have to be paid in full. For wedding cakes we would recommend ordering your cake six to eight months before your wedding date!

7. How should I store my cake?

Cakes covered in sugar paste will keep at room temperature for about 4 days, as the icing protects the cake and works like an air tight seal and they will keep up to a week in the fridge. It is better to store butter cream cakes in the fridge again for up to a week.
